Purchased at the end of May 2016. I really liked it as we were looking for a clamshell case with a belt loop. There was a pair with belt clips that just dig into my husband's back. All I needed was a belt loop. Having a 3 year warranty sounded great. It's been almost a year and the belt loop came loose on the back. I really wish it would hold up better. I'll try to see if the manufacturer helps, though. I'll update the post when I find out.

The only issue I had was that with normal wear and tear the belt loop would pull the threads through the back of the case. This happened after only 1 year. The coverage is guaranteed for 3 years if you don't forget to register. I just bought another one, I forgot there was a warranty on this one. It's only $12.99, so no big deal. I spent over $45 on a neoprene case for another phone. I still think it's good value for money. Maybe it would last longer if they put more padding inside the case…

I wanted to like it. I bought this for my 670g medtronic insulin pump because I didn't like the clips that came with it. As with every other case of this style I have had they do not use the best Velcro. The loop side wears out first. Unlike some others, I had a valve design that made it difficult to swap out. When I get around to it, I'll sew a new one in. I'm not a big fan of needles and thread, and on a few others I was able to use staples to attach the new Velcro.
