Remember the quality

You will buy more after a while, I bought this item at the end of 2017 and I think because I was stubborn I've stuck with it until now but tried to read many times With USB the adapter never worked, it also overheats so be careful

Doesn't keep phone (S9+) charged when synced to TV

USB-C port doesn't keep phone (S9+) charged when synced to TV via HDMI. When not connected to a TV, USB-C only charges the phone. It took 24 hours to go from 1/4 charge to full charge. It was advertised as a fast charger. I used a fast charge cable.

macbook pro showed a message like "external usb is using a lot of power "

hello, i can't find how to contact you regarding the product warranty for an adapter replacement. hp . It worked for a week with no problems, but a few minutes ago the external monitor lost the picture, the Macbook Pro showed a message like "External USB is consuming a lot of power", the adapter got very hot, and I noticed , that a little melted speck on its side after I turned it off. Many Thanks.
