Literally doesn't work

I unplugged all my cables and crawled under my desk only to find the box doesn't work at all after plugging everything in. Do not buy

Works well except for a few minor problems with the USB

The switcher does what it says on the tin, allowing you to use one HDMI monitor and USB 3.0 accessories on two computers. I use this to switch between laptop and Mac mini. In about 3 weeks of use it was working for HDMI with no issues, but there were a few crashes (keyboard/mouse freezes) on the USB port after switching from one computer to another. So far this has been fixed by removing the headset from the Switch, so I'm not sure if it's a Switch or headset issue. I haven't tested any USB…

Switch from work to play with the push of a button

I can switch my 3 monitors and 2 dedicated USB 3.0 hubs (totaling about 14 USB ports) with a button on the remote (or you can press the physical button on the electronics itself) . It kept my HDMI and USB 3.0 ports on both my personal and work laptops. Both have 32GB RAM and 1 & for reference. I hope this helps anyone trying to save money by buying $150 counterparts that don't always have USB 3.0 access.

It's terrible.

Switching via USB sometimes works, but sometimes not via HDMI. The troubleshooting guide begins with "find a microUSB cable" (e.g. someone has one) and proceeds to tell the user to set up a serial port and use schematic software to run obscure commands to the send device. DO NOT BUY THIS CRASH!

Works great and sleek design

Great product! Really helps to tidy up my desk and use 2 computers with 1 keyboard/mouse. Also connect a camera. The only downside is that you have to position the switch higher than your workspace (in fact, I wanted to) and nothing close to the keyboard or mouse for them to work smoothly. So you can't hide the switch. (Not their fault) but should be ahead and in sight.
