Slow charging of computer accessories and peripherals

I liked that there are brackets to attach to the wall of our RV near the sofa. I've only used this to charge, but it takes many hours to charge even a phone. The blue LED lights are quite bright at night, so double as a night light.

Solid Hub Plug and Play

You can install it with 4 screw holes, it has its own dedicated power supply and works well with a USB 3.0 extension cable. Comes with a durable USB 3.0 cable and a DC power adapter. It has a cold internal blue LED. Sturdy metal construction.

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Basically OK, but...

Broke after a few months

This hub seems to be of good quality but mine broke after a few months in a music studio. The devices were connected and the hub installed in a well-ventilated rack stand. It started disconnecting and reconnecting constantly. The problem persisted even after swapping multiple cables from the hub to the computer. Replaced by a plug-in branded hub.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Damaged

Perfect high quality mountable USB hub

Works great! Really solid metal construction, premium feel. It was EXACTLY what I needed for this video conferencing system I installed in my office. It only needed 3 DC connectors and I wanted to mount it with screws in a cable box that I had routed all the wires through. I haven't found anything else on the market other than this one. Thanks for creating this!

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Clarity

Ideal for mounting on a display wall mount

This is exactly what I was looking for, a metal USB hub with mounting tabs. I had to drill an extra hole (threaded) in the VESA plate, but with a single screw holding the screen in place, this hub is perfect as a breakout box for USB ports while the computer itself hides is. Connects keyboard and mouse, cheap LED light stick. She is beautiful and heavy. I love high quality metal USB hubs. I will definitely take another one. Around five stars!

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Great for USB hubs

I was hesitant to buy this for my needs. This is great if you're using a combination of USB devices, but I had to connect 3-4 external USB powered WD or Seagate hard drives. I was concerned that the 5V 2A power supply would not be enough to power all of these devices at the same time. These are 2TB to 5TB external portable drives. I couldn't find the power requirements for them, but once the hub's drivers were installed I was able to connect one drive at a time until 4 were connected, and even…

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Minor issues
