Simple and Powerful Analytics Tool that is incredibly user friendly

I like how easy it was for me as an administrator, or even just one person who knows nothing about coding (like myself),to be able understand what this software does so easily! Also i love all my reports which are very helpful when trying figure out trends within our site's traffic sources/sinks etc.. There isn't anything really bad at least from where we're coming into using us split but if there were any issues would have been addressed by now since they've had such great support thus far…

UserSplit is the best software that I have ever used for customer analytics and data mining.

It allows me to analyse customer behaviour and target groups within minutes. The reports are great! The interface is intuitive and easy to use. I can easily integrate it with any website and can create unlimited custom reports. It gives a deep insight into our customers and allows us to target their interests and preferences better. In short, it provides a complete overview of the customer journey from the first visit to purchase. I highly recommend it!

Pros
  • It allows me to analyse customer behaviour and target groups within minutes
  • Easy integration with external databases (Excel/MySQL) and the ability to query and analyse large amounts of data in seconds.
Cons
  • The UI is not very good, as compared to similar products.
  • Some features are missing (such as charts).
