Nice little latches, work great on my powder coated oven door. expected Unfortunately I read the reviews after I received my bars. They still work fine for my application, but I'd probably go for a bigger one

Nice little fasteners, do what they're supposed to. I think a lot of people expect them to be taller than they really are. They're about the same size as the buckle you'll find on a ski boot or wakeboard cleat. Dimensions given are overall dimensions with the latch fully adjusted. The latch itself is about 2 inches long and one inch wide. I used them for the door of my powder coating oven.

I am a little dissatisfied with the fasteners I received. I thought the eyebolt would screw into the barrel on the grip, but it turned out to be more of a through hole. My eyebolts also have nuts on the outside of the barrel and it is this nut that I need to adjust in order to be able to adjust the tension of the locking assembly. Maybe the ones I received were really defective, with the wrong threads, or the wrong eyebolts were used because the barrel is threaded, it just doesn't match the…
