APPLICATIONS: Cuts all composition materials, plywood, hardwoods, and softwoods, chipboard, and MDF etc. Designed to cut deep or shallow V grooves. FEATURES: Carbide tip with high hardness(91-91.5HRC), nice cuts and long life. Solid hardened steel (45# carbon steel) body with anti-kickback design. HOW TO USE: Use on edge trimmer, handheld, table-mounted, CNC and other automatic routers. All bits must be inserted in the collet in full length. WARM TIPS: Cannot be used to cut ferrous metal and non wood materials. suggested feeding speed: 8-12M/Min; suggested spindle speed: 18000-24000RPM.

Poor machining of mechanical and hand tools

I bought three bits and the tips of all the bits were misaligned or deformed (not sharp). It won't do the detail work that a 60 degree router is designed to do. i will not buy again

Bit blackened with rough cutting surfaces with limited use initially

I liked the quick delivery. What I didn't like was that even with the most conservative number of passes and speeds on the CNC, the bit burned out the first time I used it just on the liner. The tip is now black with evidence of a rough surface. Don't buy this.

Great for the price.

I didn't keep detailed logs but I cut at least 10-12 characters, averaging 15 minutes per character. That tact was good. Not perfect by any standards, but job done. I have chopped pine and bamboo with it and am very satisfied. I actually came back to this site to order a replacement. The delivery time is currently (02.04.19) too long. March 18? I will not order at the moment.
