Description of Uxcell Inches 24 Machine Thread Threading Cutting Tools for Threading Dies

Round Die: Thread size: 5/8"-24 UNEF; outside diameter (OD): 38mm / 1.5"; Thickness: 10mm / 0.4"; accuracy class: 6g. Made of alloy tool steel, hardness and wear-resistance. Application: Round dies are suitable for general purpose threading. Can process, correct or clean the external threads. Great for maintenance and repair work. Features: Conical locking hole, strong locking and not loose. Perfect for re-threading existing threads in hard materials like metal and making new threads in soft material such as plastic. Easy To Use: The positioning groove of the die should be aligned with the fastening screw in the middle of the die wrench, and the screw should be inserted into the slot of the die and tightened. Tips: It needs to be reversed every 1/4~1/2 turn to facilitate the chip discharge from the chip hole. Suitable lubricating oil should be added to the cutting edge of the die when tapping the thread.

Efficient Threading Tool

Based on our own experience, this threading tool worked like a charm! It WAS easy to use and cut through the material smoothly .The machine threading feature saved us time and effort throughout the project. However the tool may require some maintenance to keep it performing at its best. Overall, a great product for anyone in need of a reliable threading tool..

Dies work but not good quality for steel

Their quality is so poor that threading becomes unnecessary when used on mild steel. I suppose they'll be fine for aluminum, plastic, etc., but get something better if you're trying to cut steel thread. cuts, but they are very rough. Much lower quality than other cheap stamps I've used.

  • Features: Tapered locking hole, locks securely and does not wobble. Ideal for retapping existing threads in hard materials such as metal and cutting new threads in soft materials such as plastic.
