worked great for fasteners

I needed thin square nuts to make my own i3 3D printer with a Prusa designed extruder carriage that uses thin 1.8mm square nuts, but they fit well and are tight included in the print.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Very expensive

Great for Modular Synth Lab Eurorack

This was the perfect size for my Modular Synth Lab Eurorack rails, which are particularly tight. This should also work for you if you have euro rails with tight sliding nut spacing.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Damaged

For the price, that's rubbish.

I agree with you: at first I was afraid I might be scammed, but uxcell found its way through this market and produced a quality nut with no rough edges. For the price, these are nuts.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Mixed Set - Hex Nuts

I bought these hex nuts specifically for my Prusa i3 MK3. Tolerances vary widely, some are thicker, some are not. These are the only square nuts I've found that get to my house quickly and are thin enough to work.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Expensive

Decent quality hex nuts

This is one of those weird items that is hard to find in the store but essential for some projects. I've used a few for my 3D printer builds and they've worked great. Of course, the hole isn't always in the middle, but that didn't particularly bother me. Besides, if I really need it, I'm sure I can find it. Nice to have you here.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Negative impression

Beware of sizes

I bought these for my Vector A1 series T-Bars based on another review here and should have known better. Their Revain page doesn't list the dimensions of these square nuts. This should be fixed. They will NOT fit the Vector rails I use for the Eurorack system. The slot on these rails is 5.334 mm. These nuts were 5.4mm wide on my calipers. I'm giving this review one star to raise my profile. Hope this helps someone.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Almost never

Did the job but you get what you pay for.

They did what I needed (mods for the Prusa 3D printer). It's nice that they were very cheap at a significant amount - I only needed a few but the 100 pack didn't break the bank. And I'm glad it was a lot more than I needed because I had to look for nuts that had the hole more or less in the middle of the nut. Many of them had the hole offset to one side, meaning that once the nut was placed in a pocket on the printed part, the hole in the nut did not line up with the hole in the part.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Don't really like it, everything is fine

Slightly thicker than Prusa square nuts but fits Jon

Received these as replacement parts for both my Prusa MK3 and the models I print. They're just a hair thicker than the square nuts Prusa supplies, so be aware that you'll either have to use a blade to lightly shave off some of the threads where they go in. Or you can always heat it up and stick it in, but I've found that this requires delicacy because as it cools it solidifies pretty much exactly where it's in the printed part. Then the chances of spoiling a good five-hour print increase. Justโ€ฆ

Pros
  • . All right!
