Disappointing Noise Reduction Solution

Using this industrial and scientific item, our team found that it provided little to no noise reduction for our pneumatic equipment. The installation was difficult due to poor instructions and the product did not live up to its advertised abilities. The only pro was its compact size, but its ineffectiveness outweighed any potential benefits. Overall, we were highly dissatisfied with this purchase and would not recommend it.

Quieter than the original

I installed this on my Harbor Freight air compressor, it's a little quieter than the original if only there were a more reliable version. This gets a 4/5 for being better value for money than the standard plastic thing. I also wrapped it with styrofoam packing material.

I received the item and it does not match the picture.

The description says "thread diameter: 13 mm/0.5". I have 6.35mm / 0.25 inch. Very disappointed. If they send me the correct part I will delete this post and give it 5 stars. I don't want to wrap it up and send it back because I don't have the patience. I will order from someone else.
