For some reason HP puts the chip on the cartridge; When the toner runs out, be sure to remove this chip. If you don't put this chip on a new v4link cartridge, it won't work. Youtube has like. The quality of the ink is really good, enough for the stated number of copies. The only downside is that it is difficult to insert the chip into the cartridge. All in all, it's worth the effort you're trying to save yourself.

You need to remove the working chip from your old cartridge and install it on a new one! not as easy as it might seem, and besides, it didn't work.

Always a great toner from V4INK. I have been using their toner for many years. The only problem with these particular toners is the chip problem, but that's not V4INK's fault at all, it's HP's. For this reason, I simply do not recommend buying HP printers that require V4INK toner to replace the original HP cartridge chips. I understand that HP wants to benefit from us buying HP toners, but I think it's rude not to allow the production of chips for V4INK toners.

Great toner. These toner cartridges print just as well and last as long as OEM cartridges at a much lower price. My office orders V4ink cartridges for all of our printers and no disappointments.

Not compatible even though it's the right model. It fits, but my printer doesn't recognize the cartridge. Fortunately, the company has a good returns policy.
