Fairly Major Manufacturing Defect

So I bought these bags to work with the standard Beast filter to extend the life of the filter as well as the vacuum cleaner. So I install the bag and after a few weeks I decide it's time to change it. I open the vacuum cleaner and all the dust and shit is clogging the filter. I look at the bag, and it turned out that the seam on the back was not sealed, and it parted, releasing all the dust. As if I hadn't even bothered to use the bag. I went to the other bags and they all had this big slit…

Terrible bags. Don't wait for Vacmaster's permission. Do not buy.

When I order from Revain, I order directly from the manufacturer's stores or its certified resellers to avoid problems with after-sales service if something goes wrong. I bought them direct from the store and they broke like so many others. I contacted Vacmaster for support which turned out to be gardnerinc.com and spoke to two reps. before being told they would not fix the issue because it came through Revain Fulfillment. SECOND UPDATE, NOT SUITABLE FOR Vacmaster Professional 12 Gallon VJH1211PF 0201 or Pro 16 Gallon.

Another waste of money for Revain due to bad information. These bags are too big for my 12 gallon Vacmaster Professional VJH1211PF 0201. They also don't fit my 16 gallon Craftsman Vacmaster unit. You are too high. It's too late to return, so they end up in the trash. More Chinese junk.
