    Not for me in Storage & Organization

    It's good to grab a roll from the counter, but you can no longer tear paper with one hand. This one just keeps rolling; I miss breaking my arm, especially when I'm doing something else at the same time. I wish they would think about it and offer a tear friendly design.

    You will most likely need to screw in

    You will most likely need to screw in. The glue didn't last very long and I was ready to screw it in if they didn't work. It would be nice if it could stick and I held it there for a while to make sure it stuck really well and was still falling off within 20 minutes. So if you don't mind spinning it, I would recommend the product

    Splints are the way to go

    I'll always say splints are the best way to paper towels. I was skeptical at first as I buy very large rolls of paper towels that don't fit or are crushed and difficult to remove. Neither happened with this product. It's also nice to know that it doesn't fly away either. I screwed the towel rail instead of using it for extra security and it matches the wood perfectly.

    Product can be improved

    This product is good in theory as it frees up counter space, but that doesn't make it popular. It's good for the price, the adhesive of the holder on the closet etc is good but the actual rod that holds the paper towel is terrible. A full roll is too heavy. I left it for conservation, used some E6000 so it didn't come off completely, but still leaned under the weight. Hopefully the manufacturer can fix that.

    The glue didn't last long.

    Glue didn't stick to aluminum walls (ie inside a post building/garage) BUT the handy supplied mounting kit with screws and screw caps did. If your mount is horizontal and right handed. put the open end to the right. This means that the entire roll does not fly off the rod when the towel is torn off. (Ok. That's a no-brainer!) I originally wanted to mount vertically, but it wasn't practical in waffle/corrugated aluminum.

    Does the job! suitable for kitchen and dining room

    I love this paper towel holder (or towels) so much that I ordered two for my gym. They are quick and easy to install. I love its versatility - you can position it horizontally/vertically or under a kitchen cabinet etc. It was overpriced (that's probably why I bought two - I'm so thrifty) and it's pretty darn strong for gluing (although you can drill). through them on the wall if you want). I hope this helps anyone looking for a stylish and inexpensive holder for paper or even towels.

    Looks good, takes up less space

    This paper towel holder is great, it has great black adhesive strips that stick well to any smooth clean surface. It can also be hung using the included hardware for those places that aren't smooth where the strong double-sided tape won't stick. I love the look of the brushed stainless steel and I really like that the old empty reels can be easily taken out and replaced with new ones. I'm glad I bought it and would do it again if needed.
