Valentine'S Day Gift Idea: KAUZA Wood Wall Art Plaque For Mom! Review

I like the concept of the gift idea, but upon receiving and gifting it to my mom it was cracked where some of the words were engraved in at the corners. It also does not hang properly with poor structure overall. I normally wouldn’t make a big deal about something like this but this was a special gift I picked up for my mom while she’s battling cancer and potentially not going to make it. I want a refund.

I love this product well made putting on my moms grave it will be wrapped in Saran Wrap to keep it from getting wet The product may be difficult to hang on the wall.
