would buy 2 if only I knew beforehand that it was good. If I bought it for about $3 less I would definitely buy 2. Balanced - not sure how they did it, unless the big girth part is so strong, I don't know, I really don't care. The balance is good because they don't fall out of the bowl easily.

I will use chopsticks from time to time, even with foods you don't associate with chopsticks. Maybe because I usually eat at my desk in my home office. In any case, thanks to their square shape, they are much easier to keep in place with traditional utensils, they are very light, easy to handle and easy to clean. I even got a few more as gifts. 100% recommended.

This is now one of my favorite chopsticks. They have a texture common to many titanium hiking gear (such as a snow cap) that's just enough to give you extra grip, but not to the point where it's difficult to clean. They also have a square handle so they don't roll off the table. It's not scientific, but they are similar in weight and balance to the old bamboo sticks I have, but they are reusable.

I now have 4 sets of these sticks. I started with 2 pairs first to test them and see how they hold up. After being happy with using it for a month, I decided to increase the quantity to 4 pairs. They clean well, are comfortable to use, and work just as well as my regular wooden chopsticks when picking up different types of food. I feel better using them because they really clean and are dishwasher safe. They are worth their price!

They have a nice texture, are a little bit grippy but easy to clean. I have no problem grabbing whole cherry tomatoes with olive oil. Square and well balanced, combined with texture, they are very comfortable to hold. My only small complaint would be that the bag they come with is not very good; They barely fit in and it's just a flimsy cloth drawstring pouch. I bought these to stop using disposable bamboo sticks for my daily salad lunch and they are a real upgrade!
