Confusing reviews. in plumbing

It looked like it was going to be a home run. Unfortunately, I can't say what it was. I used 1 ounce for just a 2.5 port pot. The smell didn't go away. Then added another ounce. Still, opening a hole in a pot was like standing near a sewer. Considering that 2 ounces should be enough for a 40 gallon tank, this was unacceptable for a small RV. .We are tired! The measuring container is really neat. I will be using this again, albeit with my favorite deodorant.

Use this with TankTech

Until I found TankTech I ONLY used this product. However, it did not resolve the black tank items as well as TankTech. BUT I still buy pure blue as I think it's far superior to any other tank product other than TankTech. The reason I add something to the holding tank after every reset is because TankTech is odorless, so Power Blue keeps the smell in the holding tank much better than NOT using it. I also put it in my sink so the gray tank could benefit from the smell (but also in combination…

Excellent material! on Plumbing

The smell is fresh, somewhere between pine needles and bubble gum, but not too sharp and harsh like other chemicals or additives. The consistency is not like chemistry, watery, almost soapy. I bought a pack of small 4 ounce bottles to try and am now ordering a gallon size to refill smaller bottles (it's easier to keep a pack of small bottles in a drawer than a large gallon). I've been using them for about a month and they work much better than strong smelling chemicals and Zep brand…

Best value for money for RV tanks!

Valterra Pure Power Blue works great. Virtually no odor between black tank drains once a month even in very hot climates like 90-100F for weeks. Two ounces is really all it takes. When we get home I give the black tank a good rinse with a stick and put in a couple of gallons of water and a couple of ounces of Pure Power Blue for a couple of weeks. This helps keep the smells in for the next trip. I highly recommend this product. On an odor scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is rotten road rot and 10 is…

Toilet flush started better not perfect but better

I was having problems with the septic tank in my house, it was full, the toilets weren't draining properly and the drains were bubbling when showering or flushing, I bought this as a last resort , so as not to pump out my septic tank. poured out half the bottle the first day and ran some hot water to get it into the septic tank and then stopped running water during the day. The toilet flush started to flush better, not perfectly but better, I added a few more ounces per day over the next few…

Using it for complex household installations has saved thousands of dollars.

My elementary school has a small belly. There is always about a gallon of water that cannot drain. The plumber examined it and showed me. Because of the "belly," debris tends to pool and accumulate until the main line is completely clogged. At this point, the main thing needs to be predicted. This happened about every 12-18 months. Opening up the foundation to fix it or change the route would cost thousands of dollars. The plumber recommended using an enzyme product. I bought it for over $40 a…
