It's easy to use, it has all of my emails in one place with many options for different types of notifications (e.g., text or calendar alerts). I can also set up automatic reminders when people signup for things like classes at our school. My only real dislike is that sometimes there are errors where you have to delete your entire account and start over if something goes wrong. Sometimes this happens even after contacting support about an error.
