The first set of cartridges they sent me didn't work at all on our HP7740 - the printer didn't recognize them. The company sent me a set of replacement cartridges. They were accepted by the printer, but the print quality was poor - medium gray instead of black. The company's customer service was responsive and accommodating - they refunded my money fairly quickly after the 2nd set didn't work. So respect to the company, but bang cartridges.

DO NOT put it in your HP printer! At first the colors never came out right. I finally took them out, bought the signature stamp, but it was too late. This cheap product ruined my $1500 printer. Now I can't get any of the colors to print correctly. If HP or Brother or anyone else tells you to only use their ink products, just do it. . pay for good things. It's not worth the damage this is doing to your printer.

After my initial review of the black toner I contacted the seller directly for a replacement cartridge to ensure the cartridge originally received was defective (and not representative of their traditional products ). I really wanted this product to work as the price was great. Unfortunately when I print something I only get one line of good print and the rest is just blurry. I tried cleaning the printer, factory reset, etc. I ended up ordering OEM ink (HP) and the problem was solved. Too bad. Because I prefer the price of these people.

I have had great success with these cartridges from ValueToner. However, an automated HP printer firmware/software update (March/April 2021) was recently performed and I suspect this update caused the printer to reject all my ink cartridge colors at the same time with a "cartridge problem" error. I tried both cartridges and neither worked properly with my HP 8720 printer. The print was smeared about 1/4 of each page. I had to buy genuine HP cartridges and then run the HP printhead cleaning app (twice) before the print quality recovered. I will not buy this product again.
