Classic Style Upgrade: 👔 Van Heusen Greystone Oxford with Sleeves Review

This is a high quality button down shirt. It is made of high quality material. I ordered 3X because I like my shirts a little more. They fit perfectly roomy. This shirt is an "unbuttoned" shirt (not much to tuck in). I wear mine to wear. I've been wearing this shirt to work for about 6 months and after many washes it has retained its color and material thickness. I recommend this shirt!

I liked the style, comfort and fit of the shirt, but there was a serious issue with the quality of one of the stitching. The right shoulder seam didn't come undone and started to crumble after two washes. I can send photos of the repaired seams. When it is needed.

Ordered both M and L via Try Before You Buy as I often find myself in between sizes. Even the medium size of this shirt was huge for me. They all appear to be mislabeled Big & Tall shirts - very long and enough fabric to fit almost two of me. Others have commented the same. I don't recommend at all.

I rarely return items ordered from ebay. In this case, two XL short-sleeved shirts were not well made because the left and right sleeves were different sizes. The left sleeve of both is significantly longer and smaller in diameter than the right sleeve. Other than that small detail, they looked good. They were made in Bangladesh. They are not what I normally expect from Van Huesen products. Quality control seems to be weak during the production phase. I decided to just ask for a refund instead…

I ordered it for my husband to wear to his wedding and it was very important to him. In addition, it was a hard and not very pleasant material. I had to go back and get something else.

My husband needed short sleeve shirts to match his suits. This shirt was perfect. It fits well, the material isn't flimsy, I've washed and dried this shirt and it almost doesn't wrinkle or shrink. It was a good buy.

XL with a 17 1/2" neck looks more like 2XL. The gray is a nice color and the fabric is thick but the shirt arrived with a large vertical hook on the front. Need to be returned.

This shirt is well made with very good stitching and the weight of the fabric is heavier than I thought so it's not a cool shirt for hot weather. Also, I've found that I usually have to order an extra large size to get a shirt that fits me a little loose, which I like, but this extra large shirt is really, really big. So don't order a size larger. The color corresponds to the picture.

Fits well and is beautifully finished. No protruding threads or defects that I see. A good shirt for work for every day or even for a casual evening.

This shirt was a little heavier than I thought it would be, but it definitely suits my boyfriend well. He wears 4x to 5x, this one is 5x and had little freedom of movement. Looks very elegant without pretentiousness.

Van Heusen quality as always. The same shirt I wore in elementary school (last century). This is the standard for quality shirts. The price is right too.

I was expecting an X-Large and that's what I got, last time it was 4X so I was glad it was the right size. They were fine and happy I received them.

These men's shirts are a really great purchase and they fit really well. Colors don't fade as quickly as most after multiple washes.

These are good shirts for the money. I don't spend a lot of money on shirts because I still can't wear them for very long, I have a problem with stains on the collar and need to replace it. I would recommend these shirts.

The material was uncomfortable and it didn't fit as expected. I've bought several Van Huesen shirts in the same size in the past, but this one didn't fit me at all. The back was too big, like it wasn't even stitched properly. This is NOT a typical Van Heusen quality. I highly recommend buying these shirts in person.

That's a good shirt. But on heavy/thick material. Not ideal on hot/humid days. Not entirely wrinkle free. At least from the pocket. I live in Houston, Texas. Moisture is always there. I don't like that a specific sizing system depends on the size of your neck. I usually wear a large one, but I wanted my collar to be a little looser. So it went from 17 1/2 to 18. This is considered an XL

I have ordered several colors of these shirts and most are fine with some minor sewing errors, however the light blue one I ordered is fraying in the shoulder seams after 1 wash and the button is misaligned.

Very comfortable shirt, loose fit, with a big tail that can be neatly tucked into dress pants! It needed a bit of "tweaking" with the iron after it came out of the dryer, but no big deal. The price was very reasonable. I need another white short sleeve shirt so I'll be back! MH from NH

Bought these shirts for my husband. He loves her! They are of very good quality. The best part is that they don't wrinkle. I take it out of the dryer and hang it up immediately. I will buy again!

I ordered my usual size, very large. That thing looks like XX to me. Too big to wear, not what I wanted because the fabric is like cardboard and unbearable in the summer heat even for a short sleeve. I thought I would buy a decent short sleeve shirt for the hot summer here because b Van Heussen is a pretty decent brand. I've tried laundry, fabric softener, etc. It doesn't shrink or soften. Of course, returning him now won't work, so he'll go to Goodwill.
