I bought this product because I needed them for skateboarding and riding a bike. They are comfortable, fit well and are quite soft.

Extremely comfortable shoes. I have had a pair of Adidas Seeley shoes in the same size as me for 2 1/2 years and have found them to be ok. They felt cramped just walking around but had never ridden them. Can't say they weren't "broken in". I've never skated before, but I tried them on a bike and had to stop after 15 minutes. I lost my 3 year old Vans Atwood high tops to wear and tear. Tear. But they survived parties, skating, biking and running, getting hit by a car and a wheelchair. And these replacements (even though they're low tops) still look great with outfits (especially if you're wearing a lot of black).

Great alternative to typical sneakers. Hiking shoes etc which I find too bulky. E-EE width is usually needed depending on the style and manufacturer, but the size has increased by half and the width is ok after stretching the canvas a bit. Good sole for gardening and walking as I like to feel what I'm walking on. Dense canvas and cushioning offer more support than typical old-school canvas tennis shoes. Last but not least, the wife likes her appearance.

Shoes fit, I like the style. However, I've only had them for 6 months, so I've posted pictures to show how worn they are. I am disappointed in a well known brand in the class they paid for. I usually only wear them indoors to work. I don't like spending that much money on a shoe only to find that it has poor durability.

I love these shoes but the laces are made of this weird shiny leather. Even after about 3 weeks, one of the metal eyelets for the shoelaces pulled through the shoes, making them look bad now. They didn't send me a replacement, only offered a refund, but in the meantime I need the shoes.

These shoes started falling apart almost immediately. I tried contacting Vans and they said there is nothing they can do because Revain is an "unauthorized reseller" of Vans. So either the quality of Vans is terrible or they are fake, but either way they are not worth your money. The seller must refund them in full and resolve the issue with the vans (assuming they are indeed real vans).

The glue around the shoes came loose on both shoes after my son wore them for two weeks. We returned it and got our money back immediately.

My husband loves Vans and no matter how much I buy him these shoes I'm kinda sorry because the rubber on the sides and front keeps breaking non-stop for 6-8 months. Keep in mind that he's in the office all day, so he doesn't wear much. That being said, he can usually pull a few more months out of them with some strong glue to hold them together a little longer.
