My husband loves Vans and no matter how much I buy him these shoes I'm kinda sorry because the rubber on the sides and front keeps breaking non-stop for 6-8 months. Keep in mind that he's in the office all day, so he doesn't wear much. That being said, he can usually pull a few more months out of them with some strong glue to hold them together a little longer.
