Add this adhesive mount and OBD power connector

I got this mount because the suction cup GPS mount may have come loose. Heat and UV radiation dry out the plastic cup and other parts inside the device. This adhesive GPS mount solves all my problems, I had delivery problems when I ordered it, but it was worth the wait. I use XP with it. I'm still in my place and I'm happy. GET IT, you'll be glad you did.

Not suitable for what I wanted

Broke during installation. In any case, this is not what I need, many drivers in the US need to install a dash cam on the DEVICE as it is illegal to install window cameras. Too fragile for continuous use. At least the power connection was on the side. The compromise wasn't worth the price or the wait. Vantrue is a great company, they make some of the best DVRs out there. It was a hasty afterthought. If they make it out of metal and hang it on the dash, I'll be the first to buy it. Articulation…

Much better than the original suction design.

I had a lot of trouble dropping the included N2 Pro suction mount so I went with this adhesive mount. At this point it appears to be MUCH stronger and even comes with extra adhesives. My only concern about this mount, which may or may not apply to you, is why Vantrue decided to move the USB port to the right side instead of the left like they do with their cameras and other mounts .
