It tastes great! BCAA Compatible

Tastes good and does the job! As someone who trains 5 days a week I need a boost to restore muscle and energy throughout the day and this is exactly what I need! The best way to take BCAAS is to prepare them and mix them with bottled water and then drink them during workouts for the best muscle recovery results. You can also drink them throughout the day if you like them as a low cal, low sugar drink that isn't water :) I even mixed them with alcohol before a party for the taste and low sugar…

Sweet delicious blue raspberry flavor mixes well

This is the first time I have tried a Vascular Nutrition branded supplement and I was very impressed. The taste of blue raspberry immediately appealed to me as it is one of my favorite flavors.
