This peeler is sharp enough to peel anything quickly and easily. For a restaurant, speed, ease of use and security are paramount. This scrub meets those criteria. The plastic handle makes it easy to grip with gloves, and the blades are sharp but not easy to reach with your finger. We are very satisfied and have bought one for each of our stores.
