The best thing about this POS is that it has so many features which help in making business transactions easier for our customers who are always online or offline all day time! I love how easy everything works since we have installed velocepointsolution from their support team. I like that you can customize what data is displayed in each screen/tab for an easy way if using it as POS or just general reporting purposes - this makes things easier! The layout isn't super intuitive so some features are hidden behind menu options which take longer than they should be when trying out new functions / screens etc.. I like everything about this POS! The customer service is amazing as well - they are always willing to help you learn new things or answer any questions that may come up along in their products usage life-cycle. It's definitely not for everyone but it might be perfect if someone wants something simple without too many bells & whistles.
