We have moved house and came across this option for our king size memory foam cooling mattress. I was hoping for something that would make moving easier and last for long term storage. I will say that, this mattress is heavy, the handles on the bag are held with no problem! The mattress slipping on the floor did not damage the bag. And we walked in the rain. The mattress was completely dry! Highly recommended!

Bought this to ship a queen size mattress home from storage. I took it out of the box, opened it up completely on the floor and put my mattress on top. Then I closed all the zippers. When my son and I used the included handles to lift it, it immediately ripped where the handle was sewn to the lid. I threw it in the trash. It was a total waste of money.

Just what we needed to move our son's mattress from one apartment to another and store between them. Unfortunately one of the handles broke off on the last day. I will say it went to the fifth floor and the stairs are very narrow so it might have been user error. Would I buy again and just be a little gentler. The grips were critical to the movement. I wish they were on the sides of the bag instead of the top and bottom, but that's what we need.

Well it was a waste of money. If you want something to help you move, just buy one of the cheap plastic ones. It fits just as well as this piece of junk. My queen mattress was too heavy for this bag. The handles broke after 1 movement. We were very careful with this but the weight of the MEDIUM queen size mattress was too much. I do not recommend spending that much money on this product, it is not durable and not reusable.

As many have mentioned, this item is too big for the size chosen. I bought a queen size and the bag fits freely around the mattress. I think moving the mattress and bag would be easier if they were snug. It seems solid, but I'll have to double-check. I bought two XL Twin Mattress Carrycots. The only problem I didn't give it a full star is that the pockets were too big for the regular sized twin mattresses. I kept them because I moved the next day. The bags have kept my mattresses clean; just too big.
