Works great! I have mostly bought parking tools when it comes to bike tools. but you couldn't beat the price. easy to use and at a fraction of the cost of Park Tool.

I bought a regular cheaper chain whip first and broke it the second time. It's high quality, easy to use and works great. I'd spend the extra money and get the better version if I were you.

I couldn't take my cassette apart because it was actually a freewheel and I don't know. This tool still did a good job as long as I banged on the flywheel with a big hammer. Good build quality.

Had to take the rear cassette off the bike to replace the spoke guard and used it to hold the cassette. It did its job adequately, not kinking when uninstalling and reinstalling, and was easy to use.

Much easier to use than a chain whip. A little awkward to understand and use at first, but once you get the hang of it, it gets pretty good. Just make sure the chain links are flush with the sprocket. So you need to use it on smaller gears.

I purchased this vise style chain whip after breaking my regular chain whip while trying to free a stuck cassette from my bike. That helped! Nothing is broken or damaged. I will never go back to the traditional chain whip after one of these chain whips.

It's a bit odd to get used to how it works, but once you do it works great and costs several times less than some others . I've used it with an 11-speed Ultegra cassette with no problems. I was reluctant to buy a chain whip because they were all overpriced for their capabilities and seldom used. This solved that problem and works great.

They have a lot more grip than a regular chain whip and the price is a bit higher. The quality is actually quite high compared to the low price (compared to the equivalent of a parking tool).
