Available in a range of sizes from .0040” to 1.0005”. Made from tool steel 60/64 Rockwell c scale (Rc) cold stabilized for durability. Class ZZ (tolerance of .0002”) for longer wear.

Very accurate: test, measure and verify

I have purchased several of these from Vermont Gage and they are very accurate and I have never had a problem with them! Also very well packaged.

They are so accurate it's scary!

Exceeds expectations! I use them for impassable sensors when reloading ammo. They are so accurate it's scary! I bought them in 0.0005 increments and they are definitely useful for my reload tools.

+ and - readings are correct.

This is a 5 star product with a 2 star description. The needle is fine. When purchasing, pay attention to the + or - signs used in the description. At the time of my purchase, their go, no-go lingo was reversed, but their + and - signs were correct and matched the product. The + pin is 0.0002 inch larger than the specified diameter. Pin A is 0.0002 inch smaller than the specified diameter. (The "-” pin should read "through” because it fits the specified size hole. The "+” pin should read "not…
