The chain is nice but the clasp and hook are of very poor quality. The hook did not match the clasp and the clasp did not close around the hook. I tried lifting the hook up a bit to fit the hook but still not easy to put on. Very disappointed.

The clasp is cheap and this is the second one I've bought. I like the ball chain but I bought it because it has a lobster clasp but again I was wrong. SMS

This is a very beautiful necklace. What annoys me is that it is clearly pictured with a lobster clasp which is why I chose this seller. This is a distortion. It's actually a spring clasp.

Honestly this is for a gift but lobster clasps are much easier to navigate than circle clasps which is why I chose them. Were it not for the upcoming birthday I would return it and buy another necklace. Although I don't have time for it.

Beautiful necklace-chain of balls! For all its sophistication, it's pretty strong! It has a wonderful shine. The clasp is a little tricky to work with as I have signs of arthritis. But overall I'm satisfied! I would definitely recommend this necklace to anyone with birthmarks or skin tags on their necks as it hasn't pinched any of mine yet!
