Suitable Cart: Industrial Trucks

The holes drilled for fasteners are countersunk but of different depths. I have to cut off some of the ends of the bolts as they stick out far enough to keep the wheels from spinning. The washers that come with it don't fit countersunk holes, so the screw head bites right into the wood. I recommend putting some washers against the screw heads. The platform seems very solid. The rims seem to fit.

Pros
  • Industry Best
Cons
  • Hard to Tell

Good value - strong and durable

We used this trolley for a recent move. It was exactly what I was looking for at a price I could accept. Pros: - Sturdy - Easy to assemble - Easily holds a large sofa bed. Cons: - Corners can cut your knuckles pretty hard if you're not careful (from experience) - Can be difficult to maneuver with small items/stacks of boxes - Heavy/large (takes up a lot of storage space)

Pros
  • Fits me perfectly
Cons
  • Available in white only

Good product but bolts need to be cut after wheels fitted

Very solid and smooth ride, just what I wanted. BUT when attaching the wheels, the countersunk holes allowed the studs to protrude too far into the bottom of the unit, preventing the wheels from turning fully. All wheels on all three carts I bought were the same. I trim the ends of the bolts to about 1/2 to 3/4 inch with bolt cutters to leave room for the wheels to spin freely.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • I won't say anything

1/8 inch from perfect

There is actually only one problem with the product I received and it affects maneuverability. The main platform uses a piece of wood that's a bit thinner than the rest. This means the included bolts protrude slightly on the underside, preventing one of the casters from turning. Several washers should have solved the problem but I didn't have enough and had to use a hard roller. Worth the money if you can get a good one.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Sturdy but with assembly problem

This wagon is very strong, solid and its wood and assembly appear to be of decent quality. He does what needs to be done. However, countersunk holes are not well suited for the supplied fittings. The washers provided were too large in diameter to fit the countersunk holes, and if you used screws without washers in the countersunk holes, the screw heads would come out through the wood holes, causing the ends of the screws to interfere with the wheels' rotation. . This can lead to a dangerous…

Pros
  • Tested for one year
Cons
  • Nothing

Almost perfect though.

Four stars because these pallets do exactly what I wanted them to do: allow the family suitcases I store to slide effortlessly out from under the shelf. I no longer have to twist them edge by edge or push them back against strong resistance. One star off because:* No instructions. You wouldn't think you'd need something that simple, but it took this college grad with four (!) degrees to figure out that roller bolts go top-down, not top-up. below they are also clearly visible in countersunk…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Sturdy but requires assembly Edition

This cart is very strong, durable and appears to be of decent quality wood and finish. He does what needs to be done. However, countersunk holes are not well suited for the supplied fittings. Pros
  • Casters are hard rubber
Cons
  • Obsolete model

Ok, but needs improvement!

No assembly instructions upon unboxing as you receive a 24" x 36" flat top board and a 4 wheeled box with a small plastic lid. Bag of 16 screws, 16 hex nuts and 16 washers. When I inserted the bolt from the top level, I inserted the pulley, then the washer, and finally the hex nut. Once the hex nut was properly tightened, I found the head of the bolt to go through the thickness of the flat top. I then disassembled the roller using 1/4" flat washers and 1/4" lock washers from Home Depot. You…

Pros
  • Extended trolley ideal for transporting large items
