Review on Vestil HDOS-2436-12 Solid Deck Hardwood Dolly, 1200 lbs Capacity, 36x24x6-3/4, with Hard Rubber Casters by Todd Phillips

No assembly instructions upon unboxing as you receive a 24" x 36" flat top board and a 4 wheeled box with a small plastic lid. Bag of 16 screws, 16 hex nuts and 16 washers. When I inserted the bolt from the top level, I inserted the pulley, then the washer, and finally the hex nut. Once the hex nut was properly tightened, I found the head of the bolt to go through the thickness of the flat top. I then disassembled the roller using 1/4" flat washers and 1/4" lock washers from Home Depot. You will need to thread the bolt through a purchased 1/4" flat washer, then go through the thickness of the board, insert the included flat washer, then a purchased 1/4" lock washer and then a hex nut. Now you can tighten the hex nut without fear of the screw head going through the thickness of the board. It seems strong enough, but I have serious doubts about its ability to hold up to 1200lbs as advertised. Half seems good to me. Also, the screw heads protrude at the four corners of the flat surface and are not completely flush. So be careful not to damage any items that are placed on the flat surface.
