Description of Vestil LM HP4 R Steel Lift Master Capacity

Hook plate with rigid hook and 4,000 lb. load capacity for use with a chain, cable, or rope, and a forklift (sold separately) to lift loads. 3/4" hot rolled steel for strength. Two fork pockets with a useable space of 1-3/4" x 6-1/4" each for holding the tines of a forklift. Safety belt with hook for securing plate to forklift. Plate measures 6" x 24" without hook.

Unsafe and Unreliable Lift Equipment

Based on my experience with this industrial and scientific equipment, I do not recommend it for anyone who values safety .I had a very negative experience with this product, AS it failed to perform adequately and posed a serious safety risk. The only positive aspect was that it was easy to operate but that`s hardly worth the potential danger it poses. Overall, I would not recommend this lift equipment to anyone who values their occupational health and safety..

  • Heavy weight may make it difficult to maneuver and transport, especially in smaller spaces.

Great gadget if you need this feature.

Required to move and install the generator with a forklift. I wish I had been more careful about which one I ordered because I really wanted the one with the swivel hook. It still worked fine but I will be purchasing an additional swivel hook accessory for future use.
