I really like how easy it is for my students/clients who have limited technology access! It's great because they don't need any software or computer-based programs at all - They just write with their hands (or use an iPad).It allows them to stay in touch without having email accounts set up which would require more tech knowledge than some of these kids possess right now so that makes me feel good about this as we're trying our best not only teaching but also educating through education!! ViaNote helps me keep my notes organized and makes it easy to communicate with clients via email and text. I can send a note and it is automatically saved in my notes. I can also easily access my notes and change them at anytime. It would be helpful if I could have the option to send a note without having to sign in to my computer. I am able to send secure notes to clients to keep them up to date on my work schedule. ViaNote also has a feature that allows me to take a picture of a note and send

The ability to create custom messages that look like handwritten notes makes it easy for our employees to communicate with one another without having to write every note out by hand! It's incredibly helpful when we need to send quick updates or reminders within the organization as well. There is no way to add attachments directly to an email from this software which would make it even better (but still not perfect).
