This comb is gorgeous as hell, very durable and incredibly smooth. I carry it in my bag and try to brush my hair at least twice a day to "spice up" the wood. My daughter has very long fine hair that tangles easily. It turned out to be the best comb for combing. She has a wet/dry brush, but sometimes big guns need to be smashed with her hair. This is a relatively small brush, but it detangles hair very well.
