This refurbished monitor is of good quality all round with only a few minor imperfections and the price was good. I would give it five stars except it was delivered two weeks late with no explanation from the supplier or Revain. When I requested Revain after a few days had passed the estimated delivery date, they said they would check it out. There was no more communication and the monitor appeared about a week later. Disappointing. But I like the monitor.

Very good brightness and clarity, but sometimes it freezes in the wrong aspect ratio mode and the only way to fix this is to open the Intel graphics card settings GUI to reset it - maybe it's just my graphics card. Another complaint is that the large speaker enclosures at the bottom of the frame make the monitor appear chunkier than a flat LCD would like.

I bought my ViewSonic VG2030m 20" LCD monitor in October 2007 and it has worked flawlessly. I chose this model over the widescreen model because I do a lot of graphic editing and wanted to have as much open screen real estate as possible My only regret is that I didn't get the 22"! This is a great widescreen monitor with great response times for even the fastest FPS gamer. Crystal clear colors and low luminosity for those who play after hours. Also great for movies and Photoshop.

Very impressed with this product. This is my third View Sonic monitor and it just keeps getting better and better. The price can only cheer. Quick and easy to set up here.

The monitor is a pleasure to look at and operate - 5 stars. The sound is almost unusable - 1 star. This monitor is used with Macbook, Apple Wireless Keyboard, Apple Wireless Mouse and Logitech speakers. The combination is cheaper than a Macbook Pro. It works like a desktop computer and I can take my laptop with me.

This monitor lasted 1 month before the capacitors on the power board failed. I'm glad I didn't pay a lot for it but I was expecting more time before it broke.

Before buying this monitor, I read a lot of reviews on different websites. The picture quality is impressive. The built-in speakers weren't a problem for me as I already had Logitech's excellent Z-2300 speakers. I read many, many reviews that the monitor does not come with a DVI cable, so I ordered one at the same time as my monitor. Well, the monitor came with a DVI cable. The stupidest thing about this monitor is that there's this stupid lip at the base that prevents the keyboard from being close to the monitor. I have this monitor at work and I want to smack the guy who invented the base. The picture is ok, but not outstanding.

I love this monitor. The screen is rich and bright, and the response time is excellent. There are no dead pixels and I just can't figure out how rich the picture is. This is my first flat panel display at home and I am amazed at how much more desk space I have after replacing a standard CRT monitor. 5 star rating but as there are a few downsides I've decided to give it a 4. The built-in speakers are tiny and just not worth using if you have something else. ok but just adds a little extra height
