At first this product was great. I bought it in September 2019 and the recessed extension cord has already stopped working. I'm trying to contact the company for a replacement but couldn't find any contact information. Unfortunately we cut out the entire top of the rack so we need to find an exact replacement.

I bought this to replace a broken block at the end of a table because it fits an existing cut out. It seemed great at first, but I soon found the USB charging ports less than useless - it says it's charging, but after an hour or so the device it's plugged into is actually a bit dead. I don't know, if this is a common problem, but I need to plug my USB charger into one of the outlets to charge my devices.

The first unit failed within weeks of use. I contacted Revain and they sent me a second device. The second block failed on 04/09/20. That means two failures in 2.5 months. 110V outlets work, 5V USB ports fail.

Works well for my application. We added a number of cabinets to our kitchen and covered the outlet. I didn't want to rewire the Keurig machine so I bought one. I routed a cord (long enough) under the drawer area and back across the floor to the bottom of our drawer and plugged it into the existing, now covered, outlet. If it fits snugly and is flush with our top and everything works fine. Works perfectly!

Perfect for "moving" the fork without actually moving it. Wanted a coffee bar in a place where there is no outlet. Went it through the wall to the nearest outlet and it worked great. And the combination of the design with the wall gives the impression that it has always been here.
