Good compact storage case for RPi

Good case/box with all the necessary holes (both for access to the main Pi ports and for airflow). Compact but big enough to hold the screen and some components.

Housing for hwclock

Enough space in this case if you have hardware with GPIO connector. If you need to replace the memory card, you may need to remove the circuit board (unless you can cut off a piece from the bottom to access it). You don't have to use pin 14 for ground, you can use other pins. There are three to choose from. The fan is a little louder than other cases used, but that's tolerable.

Spacious cases are very easy to use and modify

Bought again; I have 3 of them, in plain plastic and in black. The regular plastic type has a bottom flap to access the microSD storage slot, not the black one. The normal one lights up the flashing LEDs on the circuit boards, you may/may not like that. I'm using a HAT board on an RPi 4B and it's fine (room for 1 or 2 more) and the case is easy to trim for mods. The fan is very weak, for some it helps if the lid is closed. I wrapped the fan in duct tape to vent air through the vent in the lid…
