A bit too large: my feedback

This isn't a bad rain hat, but for me it is a bit too heavy and large. While the wide brim would definitely shield your head from rain, it just seemed to overwhelm me. Also, I want a hat that I can stuff in my coat pocket and the material of this hat is too heavy and doesn't scrunch up well. I will be returning it.

Well made hat but brim is very large

I bought this hat for an up coming trip and needless to say had to return. It is a very nicely made hat but the brim is just way to large and didn't not look nice on me. In fact when I tried it on my husband said I looked the scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz. If you want something really full brimmed this is for you.not for me.

Great qualith: my feedback

I purchased this hat for a cruise in the summer. Hat is very well made with a nice chin strap that can be adjusted. Color is very neutral.Overall very happy with purchase.

I'm Going To Enjoy This

Yet to wear it for rain, but I know I'm going to enjoy it. Sturdily built, adjustable, like the color and wide brimmed to let the worst run off. What's not to like?

The hat keeps you dry in wet and windy weather.

This hat is adjustable and has an adjustable chin strap as well. I wore the hat on the Maid of the Mist in Niagara Falls as well as walks on the very rainy and windy days in Niagara Falls and the hat kept my hair and face dry.What better test than that!

Kept sun and rain off hair and face all day

Bought for outdoor concert (For King and Country!) and worked perfect dice rainy in morning and sunny rest of day. The hat may not be suitable for those with a larger body frame.

Just what I wanted on my review.

I was surprised that I was to indicate my satisfaction with warmth and thickness neither one which was important to me. I love the hat. It fits well, chin strap is perfect and it has a wide brim. Just what I was looking for.

Wider brims than I thought

I was a little put off by the wide brims at first, but they fold up easily and I'm getting used to the hat, and love that I am not coming home with a wet head.

Waterproof!: my feedback

Tried it out when it was raining, snowing in Colorado! Wanted it for our trip to Alaska to see the Grizzlies and wanted a hat to wear if it rains but still usable to take pictures while wearing it and the tie strap to keep it in place.

Wore it during a rain storm and it kept my hair dry and protected from the elements. Good fit and the brim is not too big! The sizing may be inconsistent.
