Nice lamp! The only problem is that the screws were too short. I had to go to Home Depot and buy longer ones. You will need #10-32 1 1/2 inch. When I unpacked it, I had serious doubts that it would be too small. Once the light was on it was perfect for our dining room.

I have installed many lights in my time and it was much worse in terms of instructions and associated materials. You can see in the photo that the bracket doesn't even fit properly in the hood. I don't know how they expect people to be able to fit a bracket that has to protrude 2 inches below the ceiling to fit. I give up and put the original back.

I can't complain too much about the bulbs not being included as the price is on the low side. But if you buy vintage lightbulbs you'll end up spending $60-$70 which adds up to at least $100 (unless you find a deal on Amazon, I went to Menards to get mine to get). So it's the equivalent of buying a light fixture from Menards or Home Depot because at least they include the bulbs for you. This lamp is very economical and looks good once installed. The processing is very nice matt black. It measures 17 inches without the lamps installed. Without bulbs, the size is 23 inches. This is the perfect size for a small to medium sized bedroom. Installation was a little awkward, but not a big problem. The screws that go through the cover to install were a bit long so we had to add washers between the base and the covers to hold them in place. The levers are not adjustable, they are fixed.

The mounting hardware that comes with it is shockingly poorly thought out. Mounting the bracket to the junction box uses the same cutouts used to mount the bracket to the bracket, making installation impossible in many applications where the two distances intersect.
