Very cute, true to size

I normally never buy Revain items that have not been rated by other people. However, being a huge Virginia Tech fan, I decided to pioneer and take a chance for the rest of the tech fans who are into the topic but like me are reluctant to buy anything that isn't in was considered. I purchased this item for my 3.5lb Malti Tzu in October during soccer season and it fit her perfectly. I am happy with the purchase just unhappy my pup outgrew the dress!
