Use lots of water if your lentils are yellow

Availability Sandpaper did what it was supposed to do. I just wish the instructions said you have to spray the lens with water every second to wash off the dirty liquid or it will dry on the lens. I learned it the hard way. Regardless, it works pretty well. In the end I had to grind again.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!

Pictures speak louder than words.

I want to say I don't leave comments on products but that's not me. I leave comments on products. However, in this product I will take a step better, before and after photos. I have to say that it wasn't until the very last phase that I saw how good this product is. I am impressed. See my 2004 CRV before and after for yourself.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Can't remember

Works well. The ribbon is missing.

This product worked very well. I attached the applicator to my drill press and cleaned the headlights with the materials that came with it with no problem. The only reason I didn't give a full five stars was because the kit didn't have enough tape to bypass both headlights in my car assembly. It wasn't a big problem since I had another tape on hand, but it prevents the view from being perfect.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Some bugs

Poor Good for Headlight Parts & Accessories

As much as I wish this was a good product, I can't say it is good. It has all the necessary details, but not enough. The paper spacers need to be a bit bigger, I had an issue with the plastic hook/loop on the back making contact, melting on the lens and thus causing more work. The polishing composition is good and gives a decent volume. Angling/UV varnish is awful, too harsh and leaves streaks no matter what. All I had to do was smell the set to fix this set and finally finish the lenses.

Wow what a difference.

Definitely looks better and gives more light at night to illuminate the road. After driving my Lexus more than 250,000 miles, my headlights fogged up and dimmed. I followed another reviewer's advice and used 800 grit for 10 minutes, 1200 for 5 minutes and 2000 for 5 minutes. Then I polished it once, cleaned it with a clean dry cloth, and then repeated the polishing process. The last step is the addition of a protective agent. It worked really well for a kit that costs less than $20. Much…

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Medium

An inexpensive way to clean fogged headlight lenses with little effort.

Works with heavily fogged and sun-bleached headlight lenses. Overall, using a hand drill and the included sanding and polishing attachment, it takes about an hour or more to work. Make sure you wet the sanding pads as instructed and remove the worst with 800 grit, then 1200 grit and finish sanding with 2000 grit. There are 2 discs of each grit, one for each lens. Work in a well-ventilated garage or outdoors if the weather is fine for 24 hours after work is complete. The UV protection needs 24…

Pros
  • Easy adjustment
Cons
  • Minor problems
