I was looking for a stylish travel backpack. It's beautiful and soft as butter! I had to thread the straps over the zipper to make sure they were tight enough, but that wasn't a problem for me. Then I discovered that if you unhook each side and connect them together, it becomes a shoulder bag. Safety was also an issue for me. Not only does this bag have a front zip closure (corner to corner), it also has a zip closure across the entire top.

Very disappointing gift I received this red bag as a gift for my birthday in October. It has withstood normal wear and tear; I can't stuff it with heavy things because it won't close. No, the bag isn't huge, but I think it's just right. If you want to be the lady with the bags then go to one of those well known overpriced brands and ask for one big enough to hold a small child. If you want a streamlined, beautiful and understated look, this is the way to go. I bought this case to replace a similar looking leather case I've had for years. It seems well made and definitely roomy when opened, but if you want to use it to look like this picture you'll have to fold it up. When folded, there is not much space inside. It's also difficult to fold, and folding or unfolding with one hand (e.g. holding a wallet in the other hand) seems impossible.
