This blender is perfect IF you always make very large batches. I was trying to make a small batch of almond butter but had to finish it in my old smaller blender. Because the blades of this blender are high off the bottom of the jar, the blades just spin over the product and you're constantly scraping the sides and never getting a homogeneous product.
