Easy to replace parts when you have a very small set of screwdrivers. Feels very close to the original, but you can tell it's not. Although the price doesn't bite.

Worked fine but make sure to watch the YouTube video before attempting to install. I've had every version of the Game Boy since the original and this is the only one that ever had a broken directional button. This seems to be fairly common on DS XL.

Works perfectly, fast and durable. Make sure you keep the plastic rings around the wand, there are two of them (they make a clicking noise and can keep dust out). it honestly works fine. Works well enough to wave a fox at a breakdown. You know. Really easy to fix, see manual.

BUYER WARNING This may qualify as remanufactured out of the box. The plastic rivets on the backplate were removed and remade to hold the backplate in place, but it wasn't enough to press the contact plate against the contact pins and get a decent response. Strangely, they don't have to have tested it for a repair order. Once installed, you couldn't move up or down with the round pad, and it could get crazy in games. I took it apart and saw that one of the contact pins had snapped completely to…
