Chair is comfortable but not durable

I have 2 torn discs in my back so I tried a kneeling chair to sit longer at work and it helped me a lot. I don't usually leave the office in pain like a regular chair. This is my second chair. Definitely more comfortable than initially, but after two months 2 wheels have come loose and now fall out when you lift the chair.

Cushion Cracks: Home Office Chairs

After unpacking all the parts I found that the cushions have cracks. Obviously this was done during production and not delivery. There are two of these on the main pad and one on the knee pad; around the sewing area. They're not bad enough that I'd be willing to return them, but they definitely make it difficult to buy more for the office for workers looking to upgrade to this type of seat. It was easy enough to assemble. about 1 hour. Durability: Strong enough.

  • Finally Bought

  • No Insurance

Be careful if you are a normal or tall person!

The woman sitting on the chair must be very small! Also, the weight limit stated in the description is 264 lbs. but the "manual" (if you call a sheet of paper a manual) has a much lower weight limit. I'm a tall woman and even with my husband's help I couldn't climb a chair and if I could I'm sure I wouldn't be able to stand up unaided. It seems well done, but not enough. Also, a lot of assembly was required! I returned it and I never return anything!

Broke on day one: office furniture

I had just assembled this chair and was using it for a few hours when one of the wheels broke. The nut that the pulley bolts into was "attached" to the frame with several very flimsy thumbtacks. I tried repairing with epoxy but it just wouldn't stick to the surface. I bought this chair because the casters looked sturdier than the cheap plastic casters found on similar items. However, if they're not secured properly, it really doesn't matter. I will be returning this item because I don't think…

Good idea, bad design, bad quality, painful to use

Many problems with this chair: 1. The assembly instructions are terrible. Parts are wrongly numbered, pictures are missing etc. I had to go to youtube and watch an assembly video.2. The seat of the chair is tilted too far forward, so most of my weight is on my shins and knees. Hurt! 3. The knee pad is a non-breathable fake leader. Gets hot and sweaty after 10 minutes. I had to use a soft cotton t-shirt for padding. I would like to return the chair, but it is already assembled and the packaging…

The mounting direction is terrible

I haven't even tried it but I recommend NOT to buy this product. The building instructions are the worst I have ever had to deal with and I have been building this and other items for over 40 years. There is no number on the parts, they provide a piece of paper with a photo of the item and a number next to it. But there is no identifier for the name of this item! The rest of the instructions were barely understandable. I figured out which part goes where. It took me over 4 hours in frustration…

Posture Improvement Chair

As I work from home I've been really looking for a good chair to work in. At the office I had a $700 Aeron for lumbar support etc, a chair that was decently comfortable. However, I use less comfortable options at home and my back/posture suffers as a result. After a lot of research, I chose this chair because of the backrest (yes, I still need it) and the side handles. There are many ergonomic chairs like this one out there, but these handles are very comfortable, especially when getting in and
