Easy to use once you learn how to place the machine over the vent. Takes enough air. I used it 3 times upon arrival. The avocado stayed fresh for the next use after 3 days. I love this product! Where has she been all my life?! Does exactly what it should. The vacuum is amazingly strong and really works for other brands of vacuum bags. I don't recommend using other bags as I've tried others and they don't seal well and are slow to let air through.
