Great platform to help increase conversions

I like that it's easy for customers who have purchased from us before or know someone in our customer service department as well as those we don't yet work with - it makes things easier! There isn’t anything really bad but there could be some minor changes made so more people can use this tool easily (we currently only offer one language). It has been helpful because you get feedback right away if something might not make sense or needs improvement! We've also gotten new leads through referrals

Easy way keep track & organize your business' reputation

I love how easy it makes my job of managing customer reviews much easier! It's so simple for me to add new customers or existing ones as well with ease too. The only thing that would make this program better (in terms) if there was more options in regards to sorting them out by date uploaded etc - but other than that no complaints here at all :) Really handy tool overall!!   • Ease up process compared traditional tools such excel spreadsheets, word docs & images which are often heavy files.not exactly practical when you need quick updates regarding feedbacks without having huge documents lying around everywhere..lots just download easily accessible stuff onto smartphones today though..easy
