It really works with a link to a quest!

Worked great for 3 weeks and then suddenly stopped working. At first I wasn't sure if it was a cable, but after a lot of trial and error we found out it was a cable. The bend in the tip makes it work sometimes, but it's not reliable and therefore unusable.

"Wired " is essential for Oculus2 to function at its best

So far this has been a pretty good and cheap alternative to the cable offered by Oculus; lots of loose, good/reliable connections, and we found the (fairly hefty) velcro wire to the headset strap excellent. The cables fit so well that I ordered one for my brother (who lives far away).

    Works well with Quest 2

This cable works great with Oculus Quest 2 and the USB test shows a USB 3 connection at 2.9Gbps. Except it doesn't load fast enough. Therefore, while you are using the headset, the battery level will slowly decrease. I also have an official connection cable that charges faster than this cable and the battery level doesn't drop. So if you plan on using Quest 2 for longer sessions, you should look elsewhere.

Worked on Oculus link after GPU driver update

Bought this cable for Oculus link for my search. At first it didn't work and I thought it might be the cable. It synced with the Oculus software, but all I saw when I opened the game was a black screen. I was very disappointed with this cable. When I found out that I just needed to update my Nvidia GTX 1050 GPU driver, it worked like clockwork. Just make sure your computer drivers are up to date before throwing that cable away!

If it works, then it works.

I bought this to replace a cable that I was having problems with when it frequently disconnected, when making any excessive movements or just any movement that shifted the cable in any way when it was connected. Given the volatility of the USB standard, I was a bit reluctant to spend money on additional cables; Although this cable doesn't work with the USB ports on my motherboard, it does work with some of my USB expansion cards. Haven't encountered any issues yet like I did with the previous…

Allows to use Oculus Quest Link for VR gaming on PC

I've only played around with it for an hour or two but my first impression is that this cable works and works very well. whatever it advertises. It actually allowed me to use the Oculus Quest Link feature to play Oculus Rift S and Steam VR (PC-based VR) games. Image quality, latency and stability seemed good (although I don't have anything to compare to cable at the moment). The cable even seemed to charge my Quest a bit while gaming, despite being plugged into a USB 3 Type-A port on the PC…

    Reaches a mediocre average

Many Oculus patch cords have one of two problems. They are either not long enough or suffer from data or frame loss. Because the risk of data and performance loss increases with the cable length. I was hoping that this medium length cable could achieve a harmonious midrange while retaining the characteristics of its shorter options while still giving me the length I need to move around the room comfortably. Unfortunately, this attempt to find a middle ground seems to have left the line with the

Satisfied and disappointed with incorrect information

This cable is pretty good and durable for Quest 2 I've tested it on a few games, it really picks up speed pretty well, faster data to the point, no lags as always everything is fine. However, one downside of this cable is that the fast charging speed is not fast at all. When I was playing Quest 2 the battery life showed 2% and it died I thought. because i thought this cable would keep my quest 2 at 100% for hours or charge my quest 2 to 100% while i'm still playing. And when I left my Quest 2…

Inexpensive cable for VR games at a low price.

I really like this cable and it works very well. I have no experience with the original Oculus cable, which is precisely because it was $80 at the time of writing this. *80!* Ahh. That's a lot of money for a functionally chunky USB-C to USB-C cable that should have been included. But this cable works very well despite being just USB-C on one side and USB-A 3.0 on the other. Now I have to be specific. I'm using a USB 3.0 port that can provide enough power and data. Your results may vary…
