One of my best great illustrations, stories and innovative recipes. This is important for your kitchen. I can't wait to go to Volt Restaurant.

Great book with great reviews. I found the book informative and the copies easy to understand. I cook a lot at home and some of the books are a bit too technical, but this book is easy to understand and has some great tasty dishes.

If you are using this for home cooking DO NOT BUY. For home use this is completely irrelevant, if not impossible. With over 300 pages I can't think of anything I would do. I've owned it for two years and check it out from time to time because I think I might have missed something and I quickly recall what a mistake it was to buy it.

This is a beautiful table book giving a backstory to the cooking brother phenomenon. While it helps to better understand the craftsmanship of their respective styles, the intricacies of the recipes presented cannot easily be reproduced even by a seasoned home cook. Go into one of their restaurants and enjoy the culinary excellence they serve and consider this book as a memento of that experience.

I enjoy reading about food and recipes just as much as those who read romance, intrigue and mystery. This is an amazing collection of stories, photos and recipes. It's so well written. It's so beautiful it sits on my coffee table and never sees my kitchen island countertop. I will write/copy the recipe for cooking. This is the perfect gift for any gourmet. Luckily I live in Maryland and had the pleasure of dining at VOLT. What an experience!

I recently ate at Ink and ordered this cookbook hoping that the recipes for some of the delicious meals I just ate (roasted potatoes, bone marrow polenta, apple dessert).
