I was very happy with this product. I have used this comb before and it has done a GREAT job on my hair. When I unpacked this product I was very disappointed to find that the hair was woven into the bristles. As far as I know this was a new and unused product. I am very disappointed and will be back.

This brush is great. I was a little worried it would be like a flat iron brush, hard and not a very good tool, but the difference was a pleasant surprise. The bristles are stiff but gently flex against the scalp as you brush. My hair has never gotten tangled in the device, which is also a plus. I have very thick hair and this is by far the best heating/styling blow dryer I have ever used. It's loud but powerful. Definitely the hair section and using a heat protectant spray but it does the job perfectly.

First of all I am very glad that I bought this device because it has reduced my hair styling time by 1/2. The device warms up well and straightens my wavy but fine hair perfectly. I chose a cheaper imitation of this model. decide if I like it. I like it but it has a power ring to turn off then 1 2 3 (cool, low and high) but it's really only off or on. There is no difference in the settings. It's on or off. That works fine. I love the way he styled his hair but if you think you're going to get multiple tweaks then you aren't. Also, the cable needs to rotate to keep it from twisting - it doesn't. After a day or so I have to wind it up. So you get what you pay for. It works

Update: The hotter setting worked much better for my hair. Added images to display without adding rotate/straighten. Nevertheless, I would recommend this product. I bought it to reduce the time I spend on my hair. Heard rave reviews and wanted to try it. I have thick/wavy hair. I used level 2. I was able to dry my hair well and fairly quickly. However, I still had to go back with a curling iron or flat iron because they weren't smoothing/removing the roughness like I thought. I'll try again…

Cursed by my fine, straight hair, I keep it short but struggle with volume. This solved my problem! I now have volume and soft waves that I've never had before and done in half the time. I highly recommend this dryer!
